The healing must be an experiential process of feeling, integration, and release, cutting the leakage line to the event and integrating the remains of the knot into the construct of the whole person that wants to be present and adaptable to now. These fragments of connection, of pain you likely have in your body... you put them there, so let go of them. If you are a powerful, ten foot tall woman, then why empower the trauma at all? Why relive it? Why pull others into it and relive it with them, receiving tears of sympathy? It does not serve the actual need.

It is not the responsibility of any other user to share and enable and empathize with your trauma. You are of adult age, so you know what that means, and don't you dare pretend that you don't, or you are lost in another pattern that will develop into more disease. It may be years back that all of this happened, but as long as it is making your choices and you give it authority, and charge it as a powerful event, you are losing life energy. What is informing and creating your reality? Where is the threat?

I don't mean massage. I don't mean crystals. I don't mean the psycho-babble of new age light worker horse shit pop-spirituality. This feeds the conscious mind salves and sweet oils to cover symptoms. You need a real guide that will take you through the unconscious/subconscious body causes where this is stored and blocked. In my professional opinion, you need ayurveda, you need yoga chikitsa (literally, yoga therapy). I promise you that without it, the body pains will only get worse and more premature.

The bodywork is necessary in order to recognize the psycho-spiritual-physical connection. The healing must be an experiential process of feeling, integration, and release, cutting the leakage line to the event and integrating the remains of the knot into the construct of the whole person that wants to be present and adaptable to now. You body cannot maintain a connection to the trauma and the the process of it (writing about it, dwelling), hence the arrival of disease. This is evidence of the leakage.

I see it again and again. Everyday. There is nothing wrong with the fact that it is happening. It is quite commendable that you are trying, but this, here today, is evidence of being stuck, not evidence of progress. A massively disciplined physical practice would serve the situation. The granthis (knots) need to be addressed and the attachments cut for good. No more blogging. No more reliving it. No more seeking empathy from the estrogen circle. REAL work. Pulling others in serves enabling.

Empathy at this point is merely more enabling. Zar is quite right not to read it. Why pull anyone else into your trauma? That is ugly tribal energetic drainage and it is again, a road to disease. This is YOURS to process, feel, & heal, yours to integrate and construct into the whole. Even if you sought out western psychology, they would only play the role of listener & eventually bring you into a comfortable, confident place where you could do the same thing. Major body work to FEEL this would serve you.

Lingering and dwelling upon the traumas this late into life, writing about it, pulling others into it, seeking some form, any form of confirmation, is bullshit that says only ONE thing: You remain connected and the events are continuing to drain you of life energy. No one asked, so why is there a need to let anyone know? If you had worked through it, you would not dwell on it, give it time, or attention, because it would become wholly PART of you, and remain integrated. This is leakage and unhealthy.

There is no such thing as running out of the options that you may experience in life. The opportunity to explore the full range will come up again and again, getting stuck in them and remaining connected to them is the road to disease. IF you had processed this shit and moved on, then it would be part of your energetic construction and no longer a harm to you. For example, we don't linger and dwell upon the best events of our life because we have integrated them into the matrix of our energetic being.

I see a mind unbridled. I see an absence of a seriously disciplined practice. I see an individual that is leaping from one thing to the next. This mind is wild and out of control. This is not a conscious adult, it is an angry youth that has surrendered personal power to tribal power and remains hooked up to the blame. This is an individual that is leaking energy to all of the traumas, and has not processed through them. The velocity and potential of creative healing is blocked by all of the above.
