            -Peter
It is Brooke Satchwell's 27th birthday today - it is 14th November in Australia now.
            -Peter
The most cynical criminals should not go to prison. No, they should be left stranded on a desert island and forced to either perish or form their own self-sufficient society. So that they may appreciate what they have left behind and the rules the rest of us follow.
            -Peter
It is the same admiration of anarchy which leads to..... Fireworks being let off in the street or early in the morning..... Cyclists going through red lights, (but do you really think they would think twice about suing a car driver who hit them??) People taking illegal drugs.
            -Peter
....but just because you give an idiot a university degree or a place in a polling booth, this does not prevent their idiocy! The integrity of justice is preserved through defending rules against those who seek to break them. Mr. Bruno Tonioli would do well to remember that without rules, there can be no professional judges and no dance competitions.
            -Peter
Mr. Brendan Cole has a flagrant disregard for the rules which make the dance competition what it is. He may regard it as 'small' that he inserts an extra lift into an already brilliant routine, but it is a WILFUL break of the rules. Occasionally a dragging move can accidentally become a lift, but that is by ACCIDENT! Brendan calculates cynically (and of course correctly) that idiots will vote for illegal routines.....
            -Peter
It is also, now, sadly, a stain upon the BBC's otherwise brilliant Strictly Come Dancing that Brendan Cole is allowed to operate as a professional dance teacher on the show.
            -Peter
Sport may not seem to matter as it is not, usually, a matter of life and death. But the lessons that children, or any of us, can learn about the importance of structure within a competitive environment, these lessons have immeasurable value. It is a stain upon the Premier League that West Ham United occupy a position in it.
            -Peter
The fact that there are rules in society is deeply reassuring to me, so it troubles me to find that people can get away with repeated and cynical rule-breaking.
            -Peter
In answer to earlier comments, 0 includes everything because when you multiply by it, it swallows all integers up - it is itself multiplied by any of the integers.
            -Peter
Rugby World Cup Quarter-final, Marseille Australia 10 England 12 !
            -Peter
Everyone look behind you now!!!!! (hehehe I'm uploading viruses onto your computers.....) Don't turn around yet......
            -Peter
...... It's not the democratic process that turns off young people, or anyone else for that matter! It's the lack of genuine debate in Parliament. The House of Commons is just a Gentlemen's Club that looks after its own interests. Young people are clever enough to know that. It's radical imams preaching to people to blow themselves up who run the country. It's newspapers who run the country. It's the politically biased BBC running the country. You MP's are not in charge. AND WE KNOW IT.
            -Peter
I can't believe how few messages have been posted so far on 25 Sep 2007. The Government has commissioned another bit of research showing that young people don't vote and that 60% don't care who wins an election. We're heading for some patronising rubbish again from New Labour. Look, maybe young people aren't so stupid. Maybe they realise that the two main parties are so close together that even if they could vote by text etc. it wouldn't matter.....
            -Peter
Children should not have unsupervised access to the internet. I have been sent a very offensive spam email only a few minutes ago. How many parents honestly know what their children do online?
            -Peter
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6123576.stm Ashley 'Cashley' Cole was courted illegally by Chelsea at a hotel, while he was under contract at Arsenal. No wonder he's paranoid!
            -Peter
Behold the glory that is Chelsea's arrogance towards an excellent referee. Mr G. Poll was just ONE official slurred by the Chelski regime. Please, Mr Mourinho, you can be called the Special One if you really want to, but STAY OUT OF ENGLISH FOOTBALL!!!! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6123576.stm
            -Peter
Chelsea's players were TRAINED to harass referees and the culture of the club was that they made their own rules. They realised how feckless the Football Assocation was, and exploited English football as much as they could. I'm glad the rot has been stopped here.
            -Peter
in a democracy, he (or she) who can control the most minds, wins. -Elwood But people have to let themselves be controlled!
            -Peter
Jose Mourinho is no longer employed by Chelsea Football Club. He called himself the 'Special One' but was a very arrogant manager who did not show the game of football respect.
            -Peter
Many moons ago, I accepted that there was 'clever politics' in which people discussed policy to deal with issues affecting people, and there was 'dumb politics' in which we blithely and irrelevantly discussed the ties, shoes, hairstyle and charisma of potential politicians. Now the dumb politics dominates. We have the Government we deserve. Full of self-aggrandising PR merchants who don't have backbone.
            -Peter
Congratulations to the England Women's football (soccer) team for reaching the World Cup quarterfinals!
            -Peter
By the way, the excessive control and interference of the state is a characteristic of both fascism and communism. The system of government should be as light as possible, small in unintrusive. Let people get on with it. Sensible measures to protect the weak and punish the guilty should be the concern of Government, not making sure that every police force has the right number of Blacks and Asians.
            -Peter
Sometimes it is as though the technology of the world is against me and I yearn for a simpler existence (in which people die from drinking dirty water and the industrial smoke makes you spew or life expectancy is sub-40). Doh!
            -Peter
OK. Here's what I want. Will the 'I'm leading a perfect relaxed stress-free meditation led life' people PLEASE endure the suffering of dealing with computer programs that were programmed by retards and keep doing bizarre things before you end up contacting people for help who don't get back to you for A MONTH until you want those responsible TORTURED? Then let's see whether you can breathe deeply and look as contented!
            -Peter
Some complications, which are nothing to do with actual work, are slowing down the process. Hopefully I'll be Dr Peter soon!
            -Peter
I support Manchester United, not Sheffield United by the way. There are those who say Sheffield weren't good enough to stay up. I say, if West Ham had been punished properly for cheating, Sheffield United would be in the Premier League. Sheffield's attempt to sue West Ham seems desperate, though.
            -Peter
And, as if that wasn't enough, that nice guy (!) Lee Bowyer plays for the Hammers. Good afternoon, Karen. Funny thing is, when West Ham were up against Liverpool in the 2006 FA Cup Final, I was SUPPORTING them, hoping that a smaller, fluffier club would win a trophy and make things more interesting. Now, even when West Ham play Chelsea, I won't be happy if they win.
            -Peter
...It DOES matter because any individual, whether the back room staff, manager, player etc. is NEVER as important as the CLUB ITSELF. The club needs to be cleansed of its wrongdoing. Until West Ham are relegated, they will be a stain on the Premier League. Every time a player falls in their penalty area it is a penalty. Every time a West Ham player strikes the ball, it should not count.
            -Peter
In the English Premier League (soccer) Birmingham lost 1-0 at home to West Ham. West Ham United - a stain on English football. The club admitted to lying and cheating, such that they GLADLY accepted a fine of 5.5 million pounds! But, I hear them protest, surely since everyone currently at West Ham is innocent of the charges, it doesn't matter......
            -Peter
Wasn't it Lisa Simpson who said PRAYER was the last refuge of a scoundrel? (When Bart prayed for a snowfall so the school was closed and he didn't need to take his history quiz)
            -Peter
10-12hrs of sleep most humas should have to health. HOW THE HELL CAN WE DO THAT IN TODAYS Society ? -DarkLife Actually I heard recently that you SHOULDN'T have more than 8 hours sleep each day or you're sleeping too much!
            -Peter
Gossip is just annoying etc.. However, I'm so important that you must all be interested in MY.......
            -Peter
Breaking news: At some point today, for a few moments, a member of the British Government actually cared. Experts are divided on whether this freak event can be attributed to global warming.
            -Peter
All I can say is that oil tycoons make slick manoeuvres.
            -Peter
You can't say 'We shouldn't fight a war over oil' and then remember to fill your petrol tank..... If I KNEW we were fighting for oil I'd think that was an honest cause. But everyone wants to be a hypocrite.
            -Peter
I've had real problems logging in this evening, folks.
            -Peter
I REALLY need a punchbag. In the past it has been fun to use the wheels of my chair to crush a pen into splinters and imagine it screaming.
            -Peter
Anger leads to fear of expression of anger leads to self-hatred leads to anger at myself.
            -Peter
And that's how I feel right now.
            -Peter
.....that I might see a joyous spray of blood in shocking red upon the grass. The horrific screams ringing in my ears as I breathe out, my hostility transferred, a demon of hatred infecting those around me.
            -Peter
Anger: If I was a footballer I would want to Launch myself, leaping in glorious finality, with my legs aimed at the shin bones of an opponent, that I might hear the sickening snap of bone and cartilage, that I might condemn another human to an unjust fate....
            -Peter
8:35 We must be VERY afraid of terrorism. Police have been concerned that there May be a certain kind of threat emerging..... 8:45 Let's celebrate these black gay disabled people....hahahahaha
            -Peter
Here is a typical morning schedule for the Breakfast programme on the British Bull**** Corporation: 7:55 A cackly girl takes us on a virtual reality tour of Britain (supposed to be a weather forecast) 8:05 Describing the latest health food fad 8:15 The Government Loves You 8:25 How we can all Live Greener (brought to us by a reporter who needlessly travelled a long way to be on location)....
            -Peter
That macho posturing is done by those who have never been to war, whose children have never been to war, yet they hide behind concrete blocks and laws against my freedom. Are they fit to run Britain?
            -Peter
